Micro-needling pens penetrate the skin vertically, whereas micro-needling rollers penetrate the skin at an angle. With a pen you can adjust the depth of the needle for more delicate areas such as your nose and under your eyes. For deeper wrinkles or scarring you can go up to 1.5mm, anything more than that you would be in the hands of an Dermatologist. You can also adapt the speed settings too to maximise your treatment results.
