After undergoing Sylfirm X RF Microneedling treatment, it's important to follow these aftercare recommendations:

• Expect the target area to appear red or experience minor swelling, which usually resolves within 24 hours.
• Avoid vigorous exercise, swimming, and saunas for 24 hours following your treatment to allow the skin to heal properly.
• Do not expose yourself to sun for 2 weeks after treatment.
• Do not apply make-up to the skin for 24hrs after treatment.
• Make sure you are wearing a SPF 50. 
• Your skin can feel dry for at least a week after treatment keep moisturised.
• Leave off any active skincare products retinols, vitamin c, exfoliants for week after treatment.

These measures help ensure optimal results and minimize any potential discomfort or complications after the procedure.

 Sylfirm X is far more tolerable than other RF microneedling devices. While there may be some sensitivity in certain areas around the eyes or mouth, numbing cream can be applied if necessary. I have personally undergone the treatment without numbing cream and found it tolerable.
